To list your hotel, you should first Search the hotels in the city where your hotel is located to ensure it is not already listed, and if it is, instead of clicking on the "List My Hotel" button, you should click on the "Claim My Hotel" button and follow the instructions for Claim My Hotel.
Once you have signed in, you are then ready to click the "List My Hotel" button from the HOTELS page. You will then be taken to the "Register Your Hotel" screen. You will need to add your Hotel Name, Phone Number, the EMail address you want to use for communications with the hotel, the Street Address, select your Country and State, enter your Zip Code, and enter any Comments.
Good Comments to enter are the name of the best person for us to call, and when the best time to call is, to get your hotel set up and to also conduct a brief training session (usually about 15 minutes) on how to load your inventory, set your prices, amenities, hotel features, upload images, etc.
Once you have entered the information and clicked the Submit button, you are finished until someone calls you back to continue the process. That call will normally occur within 48 hours.
