To claim your hotel, your hotel must already be listed in the website. If your hotel is not already listed, you should follow the instructions in List My Hotel. Before clicking the button to claim your hotel, you first need to SIGN IN. If you do not yet have a DigitalTown account, you will need to create one by clicking the REGISTER button, and then after you have registered a new DigitalTown account, you will be able to sign in.
Once you have signed in, you are then ready to click the "Claim My Hotel" button from the HOTELS page. You will then be taken to the "Register Your Hotel" screen. You will need to confirm your Hotel Name, Phone Number, the Email address you want to use for communications with the hotel, the Street Address, your Country and State, your Zip Code, and enter any Comments.
Good Comments to enter are the name of the best person for us to call, and when the best time to call is, to get your hotel set up and for us to conduct a brief training session (usually about 15 minutes) on how to load your inventory, set your prices, amenities, hotel features, upload images, etc.
Once you have entered the information and clicked the Submit button, you are finished until someone calls you back to continue the process. That call will normally occur within 48 hours.
